David Tort’s limitless scope and approach to production has played a large part in making him the impressive artist and DJ he is today; intensely focused on making whatever he does the best that it possibly can be. Tracks like his Remixes for Gui Boratto “No Turning Back”, Giordano "Amazonia" or his solo single "Lost in Acid” have sweeped through dancefloors all over the World.

From Best Mainstream Producer to Best Tech House DJ, his no less than six award nominations at this years Deejay awards reveals how highly regarded David is on multiple levels; Impressive recognition of a phenomenal artist, gracefully strolling the dynamics between a versatile DJ and influential Producer. From sound tracking TV shows, igniting international dance floors, to crafting remixes - meticulously injected with his indelible level of main room house, David Tort has continued to impress both critics and audiences alike with his unmistakable and unique status.

So how did this Spanish producer come to find himself as an integral part of the global dance scene and as a key figure in the release schedule for some of the most respected house labels in the world, Laboring over high profile remixes and jetting his unique Nike endorsement direct to the best clubs on the planet.

Since his first released music in 1998, David Tort now has over 50 released productions to his name, among which are hits like “Changes”, “Work It Out” and also remixes for David Guetta, Tïesto & Nelly Furtado, and Bob Sinclar. The Spanish Dj and producer has already established himself as not only a global talent but as one of Spain’s hardest working and highest achieving exports and with an personal style aimed directly at the dancefloor, David has become the only Spanish DJ to be invited to spin at Beverly Hill’s exclusive Playboy Mansion.

His music is included in the soundtrack of several MTV USA’s reality shows, some television channels and may also be found in respected compilations by Ministry of Sound, Azuli, Yoshitoshi, Defected and Cream to name only a few.

As a busy collaborator David’s anthemic and groovy studio output has rocketed him to the top of best selling charts worldwide; his new interpretation of the classic “Chase The Sun” alongside Norman Doray, taking the No2 spot on Beatport for no less than 3 weeks.

For the past three years David’s weekly radio show “Rock Da House” has pulled in listeners around the world with fans tuning in from countries including Spain, France, Canada, Columbia, Italy, Germany and many more. His specialty combination of cutting edge house and techno is now in it’s third year of broadcast where listeners can enjoy not only David’s personal selection of music he’s supporting but all of the latest releases on his label “The Mansion Recordings”.

David’s explosive club singles such as the recent “Areena” together with Thomas Gold and David Gausa for Dirty South’s label have been an outlet for his powerful hybrid of house music while his remixing skills are constantly up for accolade, including his remixes of Tiësto Feat Nelly Furtado – “Who Wants To Be Alone” and Wink’s acid infused “Don’t Laugh”. 2011 see’s forthcoming single releases on Axtone and Steve Angello’s mighty Size imprint confirming there are no limits to the dizzy heights that David Tort can reach.
